Ice and snow

Now the winter is over us for real. It's cold and snow and ice are covering the roads and pavements. Darkness reigns all but a few hours of the day.

Still, there is joy. Christmas dinner and gifts, friends and family. Everybody wants to welcome our little son, now 2,5 months old.

And my running continues. Every second day the last few weeks, today only 4 kilometres (4:12 min/km average) but more often up to 8-10 km, in 4:30-4:45 min/km pace.

Soon time for a new year. One more year to go, before school is out. For good this time.
