Exit Iris

I just discovered the "Add Image" button here, so I'd better use it. Here are a few pictures from Exit Iris' gig at SPATT/Underjorden yesterday. The pictures are taken with my cell, and the beer was cheap, so the quality is pretty much what you would expect.

It was the first time I saw Exit Iris, but I had downloaded the songs from their web site and liked it. The gig wasn't very great, musically, but the band had an energy that they did a good job communicating to the audience. I don't think the sound system made Exit Iris justice; as usual on small clubs the sound output wasn't much more than a big inferno. Still, the club was nice and the beer were cheap so the night was definitely worth the fee.

Two other bands, Vicious Irene and Dyke Alert, played at the same gig as Exit Iris, but I was busy hanging in the bar eating hot sandwiches so I didn't get any photos of them.
