Hot summer, beer and french punk rock

Today I went swimming in the local lake. It was a little cold, but it's wonderful to lie down afterwards and feel the sun lick my body while I sun-dry. The weather has actually been quite good lately. A few clouds now and then, but it really feels like summer. Is this the summer that will change my views about the swedish climate? Probably not. It doesn't matter how nice the summer is, there will still be an autumn and winter coming. And with that, snow, cold and ice.

A week ago I went to Spatt to see a french electronic punk rock band. Unfortunately, it sounded exactly as I thought it would. Too much noise, too little music. I don't even remember their name, but at least I'll give you a photo.

What else have I done? Finished my first year at med school, celebrated my birthday, had a few beer in the park once in a while, and watched a friend (Hank Havoc) lose against "le Mime" in wrestling. That covers it all, I think. And yes, you'll have to wait a little while longer for my post about school. But it's coming, I promise.
